นักศึกษาจะต้องเรียนรู้ถึง ความแตกต่างในบริบททางวัฒนธรรมของแต่ละชนชาติ ความเป็นมาบทบาทและความสำคัญของการสื่อสารข้ามวัฒนธรรม การปรับตัวทางวัฒนธรรมอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ศิลปะการพูดและการสื่อสาร การตีความหมาย และความเข้าใจในบริบทต่าง ๆ ของแต่ละชนชาติ ปรับเปลี่ยน มุมมอง ทัศนคติ เพื่อลดผลกระทบของความแตกต่างทางวัฒนธรรม และเรียนรู้การสื่อสารแบบวัจนภาษา - อวัจนภาษา และป้องกันปัญหาในการสื่อสารข้ามวัฒนธรรมผ่านเครื่อข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ในยุคโลกาภิวัตน์
Students will learn differences in cultural contexts of each nation , role and significance in cross cultural communication, adjustment to culture, effective speech communication, interpretation and understanding of different culture in contexts, modification of view and attitude to reduce misunderstanding in different culture, verbal and non-verbal communication. Students will learn how to use on-line communication effectively through different culture in the age of globalization.
